Game: Block Bloom (Android package com.codeaxee.blockbloom)
Effective date: 30 June 2026  ·  Last updated: 30 June 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Block Bloom ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you play. It applies to the Game on Google Play and any other store where it is distributed. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Information We Collect

The Game itself does not ask you to create an account and does not request your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise GPS location.

Stored only on your device: your game progress, high score, coins, unlocked themes, streak, and settings. This never leaves your device except as part of an optional device/OS backup you control.

Collected automatically by our advertising/diagnostics providers (see Section 5):

2. How We Collect Information

Information is collected automatically through software development kits (SDKs) integrated into the Game — primarily the Unity Ads SDK from Unity Technologies — when ads are requested and displayed, and through standard device APIs. We do not collect information you do not provide through normal gameplay.

3. How We Use Information

4. How We Process Your Information

Ad delivery may be personalized (interest-based) or non-personalized depending on your consent and region. In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and other regions that require it, the Unity Ads SDK presents a consent request and serves non-personalized ads unless you opt in. Users we treat as children, and users in regions requiring it, receive non-personalized ads only.

5. Information We Share with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share the limited automatically-collected data above with service providers strictly to run the Game and its ads:

ProviderPurposePrivacy policy
Unity Technologies (Unity Ads, Unity Analytics/Diagnostics)Advertising delivery & measurement, crash diagnostics unity.com/legal
Google (Play services, Advertising ID)App distribution, advertising identifier policies.google.com/privacy

Unity Ads may use mediated advertising networks to fill ad inventory; those networks may receive the advertising identifier and IP address to serve ads. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

6. International Transfer

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed in the United States or other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How We Protect Your Information

We and our providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Age Guidelines and Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Where children use the Game, only non-personalized advertising is served, consistent with Google Play Families policy, COPPA, and GDPR-K.

9. Data Retention

On-device game data persists until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data handled by our ad and diagnostics providers is retained according to their policies (typically a limited period); aggregated, de-identified data may be kept longer for analytics.

10. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for personalized ads and related identifiers); our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Game, serving non-personalized ads, preventing fraud); and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time via the in-game/SDK consent controls or your device settings.

11. Privacy Notice for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know the categories of personal information collected (identifiers such as the advertising ID, internet/device activity, coarse geolocation), to request access or deletion, to opt out of "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, or to opt out of personalized-ad "sharing", email us (Section 14) or use the opt-out controls in Section 12.

12. Your Choices and Controls

13. Notifications Regarding Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date, and where required we will seek renewed consent. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
